I’m a fashion school graduate who found my true passion in esthetics after struggling to understand my own skin. Frustrated by confusing skincare products and marketing, I set out to learn everything I could about effective skincare.
Seeing an esthetician for the first time inspired me to pursue a career in helping others achieve clear, glowing skin. Now, with over 4 years of experience, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, providing customized facials and expert advice to help them look and feel confident and radiant. Where are you located?We are located at 37 W 26th St. on the 8th floor. Please take the elevator to the 8th floor waiting room and text (917) 352-0589 when you arrive. If the door to the building is locked, text the number above to be let in.

How do I pick up products?Please text or email to arrange a time to pick up products.

Cancellation/Reschedule PolicyWe ask that you give at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This can be done through the Square booking system or feel free to text (917) 352-0589 or email thenycesthetician@gmail.com. If a notice is not received within 24 hours of your appointment time to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the card you have on file will be charged 50% of the service charge.

What if I am late for my appointment?It will be left up to your discretion whether you want to receive a shortened service or reschedule your appointment. Please note that if you decide to reschedule, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service price.

Can I return or exchange products bought in studio?No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

How long should be set aside for an appointment?Treatment time is dependent on the service being performed. Please try to arrive 5 minutes early so we can begin the service at the appointment start time. If possible, allow a 15 minute window after your appointment to peacefully transition back into your day.

How do I prepare for my service?Please refrain from using retinol and exfoliating ingredients such as glycolic, lactic, and salicylic acid starting 5 days prior to your appointment time. Otherwise, no other prep needed!

Do I receive and what can I expect from a consultation?You will receive a thorough skincare consultation if you receive the Signature or Deluxe Facial and a brief skincare consultation if receiving any other service. The consultation gives us the opportunity to discuss any skin concerns you may have, what you want from your facial, what we will focus on in your service, a potential course of action in targeting your skin concerns, and your at-home skincare regimen and possibly recommendations of lifestyle modifications to further address your skin concerns.
