Cancellation & Rescheduling
To best accommodate all clients, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments may be modified through the online booking system, by text at (646) 893-9099, or by email at info@millieesthetics.com.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment while remaining responsible for the full service amount. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, resulting in a 50% cancellation fee.
